Chairman of the Board and CEO

Robert Frost

Mr. Frost is a seasoned executive and decorated combat veteran with over 50 years of leadership in technology, healthcare, and regulatory compliance. He held senior sales and management roles with major corporations including Computer Micrographics, International Data Corporation, and Merck-Medco before founding Principal Performance Group, Inc. in 1997, where he pioneered the “ERISA Medical Bill Review and Audit” service and has since been recognized as an expert witness in state and federal courts.

In 2010, he co-founded Great Southwest Regional Center, LLC, earning USCIS designation as a Regional Center in 2012. He has served as President of the West Texas A&M University Foundation and is Chairman Emeritus of the Combat Helicopter Pilots Association.

President and COO

Kenneth Frost

Mr. Frost is a seasoned financial services professional with over 30 years of experience in securities, investment management, and retirement planning. Licensed as a Registered Representative in 1984, he has held Securities Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses, along with a Group I Insurance license.

He has served in senior leadership roles at top brokerage firms, including Senior Vice-President at Legg Mason (now Smith Barney), Bank of America, and Paine Webber (now UBS), where he earned recognition in the President’s Club and Board of Director’s Club. Specializing in retirement plan strategies, post-retirement planning, and international investing, he has worked with institutional, international, and high-net-worth clients worldwide. His global experience includes financial hubs in London, Zurich, the Cayman Islands, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.
